ON THE BAY Waterfront Villas is located in the prestigious Mzingazi Waterfront Village in Richards Bay, Kwa-Zulu Natal. Mzingazi Village is a unique development built alongside the famous Mzingazi canal joining the Richards Bay Harbour and opposite the Zululand Yacht Club, as well as the Meerensee Boat Club.
The Holiday Rental Units are all fitted with wooden walkout decks overlooking the canal, swimming pool and braai areas, and is only located 150 metres walking distance from restaurants and 10 minute drive from modern shopping centres. Guests can relax and enjoy the breath-taking views and watch yachts and fishing boats entering and leaving the Harbour Canal. There’s a variety of fishing tournaments throughout the year, held in Richards Bay. Richards Bay is also known as the fishing paradise for deep sea angling.
Mzingazi Waterfront Village has private Jetties for Fishing boats to be parked in the water for the duration of your stay.
On The Bay Waterfront Villa’s has purchased numerous Jetties to ensure that our guests has access to this profound privilege and absolute worthy experience.
All the Holiday Rental Units are neat and fully self-catering equipped, fitted with Air conditioning, ensuring an excellent Holiday or Short term Rental Accommodation stay. Units range from Bachelor units to 5 Bedroom Units. Guests can cool off in the Swimming Pool or do a traditional Barbeque or Braai at one of the barbeques situated near the pool area. Laundry facilities are also available on site. Daily housekeeping services are also included.
With 24 hour security you can enjoy your stay. The village is now secure with a barcode scanning system for access. Guests will receive a barcode one their booking has been confirmed. Every unit has a reserved marked covered parking. For the adventurous, there’s a variety of Harbour Cruises, Dolphin and Whale Cruises or Fishing Charters!
